A clear report helps us fix the problem faster. Tell us what you did, what you expected and what you saw instead, and add your app version.
What to include
- What you were doing. Name the screen and the buttons you tapped, in order.
- What you expected. Say what you thought would happen.
- What happened instead. If Aioli showed a message, copy its words exactly.
- The recipe link, if the problem is an import that did not work.
- Your app version. The form has an optional box for it.
Find your app version
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap the Support tab.
- Scroll down to the Account section, below About.
- Read the number next to App Version. Build Number is the row below it.
Tap a row to copy its number, then paste it into the form.
Send the report
- Open the Profile tab and tap the Support tab.
- Under Help & Support, tap Report a Bug.
- Fill in the form and send it.
You can also use the bug report form on the Help Center. It asks for your email so we can reply, your phone and a description of what happened. A member of our team replies by email.
