How to manage AI features and your consent
You can turn AI features on or off at any time in Profile, under AI Features.

Some Aioli features run on AI from OpenAI and Google. Before one of them sends anything, Aioli asks you to say yes. You can change your answer at any time.
What Aioli asks first
These features use AI: importing recipes from links, pages and photos, chat, voice dictation, smart search, insights, and AI recipe fixes. The first time you use each kind, a prompt names OpenAI and Google and says what would be sent. Tap Enable AI features to continue, or Not now to skip.
If you choose Not now
Nothing is sent to OpenAI or Google. The feature shows a message that AI features are off, with a button to enable them.
Change your choice later
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap AI Features.
- Switch Use AI features on or off.
- If you switch it off, tap Turn off to confirm.
Switching on takes effect right away. Switching off pauses importing from links and photos, chat, smart search and insights. Your saved recipes stay where they are. The screen also shows the date you enabled AI features and a link to the privacy policy.
