How to invite guests to an event
Share an invite link from your Event plan so guests can see the menu, RSVP and tell you what they cannot eat.

On an Event plan you can invite people with a link, collect RSVPs and allergies, and let guests sign up to bring dishes. Guests do not need an account.
Create an invite link
- Open your Event plan and tap Invite guests.
- Optionally tap Add a time and enter a location. Only guests who say they are going see the address.
- Tap Create invite link.
- Under Your invite link, tap Copy link or Share to send it.
Tap Send to friends to invite your Aioli friends directly. You need a linked email to invite guests. Only the person who created a link can manage it.
Manage your link
- Pause link stops anyone opening it until you tap Resume link.
- New link replaces the old one. The old link stops working.
What guests do
Guests open the link, see the menu and tap RSVP. They choose Going or Can't make it, give a name and list anything they cannot eat. They can tap Edit my RSVP or Remove my RSVP later.
See who is coming
The Guests section of your plan shows who is going and Allergies to know. You see names and allergies. Other guests see allergies without names. Guest details are deleted 30 days after the event.
Ask guests to bring dishes
Under How's the food happening? choose Potluck style so guests can sign up to bring a dish. Choose I've got it covered if you are cooking everything. Guests tap Bring something, then I'll bring one, and pick a recipe or type a dish. Your Bringing list shows who is bringing what.
