How to add the Aioli widget to your home screen
Add an Aioli widget from your iPhone home screen gallery to see tonight's dinner, a cooking insight, or a quick way to add a recipe.

Aioli widgets put what you need on your iPhone home screen, so you can jump straight into the app. There are three to choose from, each in a small and a medium size. Widgets need iOS 17 or later.
Add a widget
Adding a widget works the same way as for any other app on your iPhone.
- Touch and hold an empty spot on your home screen until the icons start to move.
- Tap the add button in the top corner.
- Search for Aioli.
- Pick a widget and a size, then add it to your home screen.
The three widgets
- Aioli Tonight shows tonight's dinner from your Meal Plan. Tap it to start cooking. If nothing is planned, tap it to plan dinner.
- Aioli Coach shows a cooking insight from your recent cooking. Tap it to open that insight in Aioli.
- Aioli Add Recipe gives you quick access to add a recipe. The medium size has separate URL, Camera and Library buttons.
Note. Before you have planned a dinner or cooked a few recipes, the Tonight and Coach widgets show a short message instead. They fill in as you use Aioli.
